FERRY TICKET TERMS/CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION

Operating Fridays, Mondays, Wednesdays on our regular schedule:
Departure from Long Island Harbour Club at 7:30 am
Estimated Arrival at George Town, Exuma at 9:00 am*
Departure George Town, Exuma at 3 pm
Estimated Arrival at Long Island Harbour Club at 4:30 pm*
*PLEASE NOTE PASSENGERS ARE ADVISED TO ALLOW 2 HOURS FOR THIS JOURNEY FOR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT PURPOSES AND URGED TO HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR ANY FLIGHT CONNECTIONS.
Special day trips, private charters and extra events are also posted.

Unless specified, price is per person one way. All passengers must be at dock 30 minutes before departure. Price includes 40lbs of luggage per person. Bottled water is available. Packages can be shipped on ferry subject to size and weight. Please note that all packages MUST be collected on day of service and no later than 20 minutes after arrival at destination. Any packages not collected by then will incur a $30 holding fee and will be held for a maximum of 5 days. Packages not collected within ferry operating hours within 5 days will be destroyed

All ticket purchases must be booked and made 24 hours in advance except where specified.
George Town Government dock is a 25 minute taxi ride from George Town International Airport. In inclement weather, the ferry will occasionally depart from The Ferry at Harry's Cay which is located 20 minutes further south from George Town, just after you cross the bridge to LIttle Exuma. It is imperative that we have a contact number for you that we can reach you the day before, and on the day, of departure. If you are requiring transport, please let us know in advance and we can arrange it for you. Taxis will be available for guests wishing to make airport connections.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PASSAGE
CAPTAIN'S DISCRETION
While the Sheep Runner is built for tough conditions, passengers may not be quite so tough. The Captain has absolute say as to whether the ferry will operate, guest behaviour, right of passage and must be obeyed at all times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All passengers are strongly advised to have travel insurance as unforeseen delays may occur.
Please note that cancellations made at least 7 days prior to departure are deemed fully refundable less a $10 service fee or transferred to a different date.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the date of departure but within 7 days, are 50% refundable or may be transferred to a different date
Any cancellation made within 48 hours of departure are deemed non refundable.
In the unlikely event that the passage that you are booked on is cancelled, your ticket will be valid for one month from the date of original passage or a full refund will be given. No other consideration will be provided.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
All passengers understand that this is a water passage and unforeseeable events could happen - including, but not limited to: inclement weather, sea conditions and mechanical failures etc. The Sheep Runner, Exuma Long Island Ferry Service Ltd and its employees, bear no responsibility for any accidents or negligence up to and inclusive of death as a result of participation.
